Process
This motion design is a personal project based on creating a third lower for MTV. I created this to display my understanding on the basics needed of a motion design used in on-air or live television productions. I utilized Adobe Illustrator to create the rubric cube and Adobe After Effects too animate. I felt that MTV branding is modern yet retro, and very experimental which led me to create a lower third using a rubric cube since it's pays tribute to the retro elements that MTV was created on but also the keeping it current by using the current MTV logo design.
